About Kris Bruno

Here at Switch Fitness you will see athletes of all ages and experience. Whether you want to get back in shape, learn self defense or compete, we got you covered. The most important thing I always tell my classes is to have a positive attitude and be ready to learn, have fun and workout. For those who are looking to compete I always recommend to use your time wisely. Do not waste your time and energy when you could be training because at the end of the day training is more important than the “want”. Be proficient and dedicated.

Many people use sports as a way to unwind, for me it was MMA. I began my mixed martial arts career when I was nine years old with kickboxing. After quickly realising my competitive nature and the passion I had for the sport I decided to challenge myself even more by transitioning to MMA at the age of sixteen. Two years after I had my first MMA fight and never looked back. With 25 years of mixed martial art experience, I have accomplished a professional career record of:

  • 11-0 (MMA)
  • 7-2 (Kickboxing)
  • 2-1 (Muay Thai)
  • Purple belt in jiu jitsu
  • Multi-time Kickboxing Title holder
  • Multi-time NAGA Champion Jiu Jitsu.
