Muay Thai is a stand up, combat sport that is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. It is a very effective way to work your muscles, especially your chest, legs and arms. Unlike traditional weight lifting routines, Muay Thai classes are designed to use both cardio and strength training to target the entire body. Muay Thai training involves a combination of cardio, strength, and endurance exercises that will guarantee to improve your overall fitness and health.
